Meet Your Therapist
Compassionate, collaborative, and empowering therapy for your journey

Brandelyn Williams
Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor
Great to meet you!
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the work I do. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas with dual degrees in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, I've helped individuals and families navigate challenges of every kind. Currently, I am completing my PhD in Counseling, further deepening my ability to serve clients with advanced knowledge and research-based practices.
In therapy, my approach is collaborative and compassionate. I help clients explore how their past experiences shape the present, and I provide practical tools to create the future they want. Above all, I believe healing begins with being heard and understood.
Whether you're managing stress, navigating relationships, or working through trauma, my role is to support you in building a life filled with clarity, strength, and hope.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I believe healing begins with feeling truly heard and understood. In our work together, I create a safe space for you to lay down the weight you've been carrying and make sense of how your past experiences shape your present. From there, we focus on building practical tools and new perspectives to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it's about transformation, reclaiming your voice, and creating a life that feels balanced, authentic, and full of possibility.
What you can expect from our first session
In your first session with me, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you are truly heard and understood. My goal is simple: to help you. I take a direct yet compassionate approach, focusing on what matters most to you right now while also beginning to explore the bigger picture. By the end of our time together, my clients often leave feeling lighter, seen, and hopeful—knowing they've taken the first step toward meaningful change.
